The Vines

MENDOZA, ARGENTINA
WELCOME TO THE VINES

Part hotel and part vineyard estate, The Vines Resort & Spa is a haven for wine and food lovers seeking immersive culinary and oenological experiences.

Set against the dramatic backdrop of the Andes, The Vines is a stylish and serene escape surrounded by private vineyards. Its contemporary villas are designed for laid-back luxury, with outdoor soaking tubs, rooftop terraces, and panoramic views over the valley.

The resort is home to Siete Fuegos, chef Francis Mallmann’s celebrated open-flame restaurant, where every meal is a celebration of Argentine ingredients and fire cooking. Guests can blend their own wine, explore the vines on horseback, or simply unwind by the pool with a glass in hand.

What we love about The Vines

  • The location, surrounded by 1,500 acres of private vineyard.
  • The incredible views of the Andes.
  • The 22 exquisitely designed villas, some with rooftop terraces.
  • The restaurant, Siete Fuegos, run by internationally acclaimed chef Francis Mallmann.
  • The onsite winery where guests can blend their own wine.
  • The gym, with spectacular vineyard views and the magnificent infinity pool.
What to do at The Vines

Spend your days at the onsite bodega, learning the art of winemaking and tasting local varietals.

We recommend our clients spend three or four nights at The Vines.

Horse ride or cycle through the vineyards and go fly fishing. We can also arrange visits to our favourite nearby wineries for you to enjoy further tastings and indulgent lunches.

Relax at The Vines and make the most of the infinity pool, cocktail bar and cosy fireplace for the evenings. Yoga by the pool is also available. The “Siete Fuegos” experience masterminded by Argentine chef Francis Mallmann, where your food is cooked on an open flame, is not to be missed.

The Vines is located in the heart of the Uco Valley, less than a two hour drive from Mendoza airport.
