It’s all about horses at Estancia Los Potreros. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced rider, head out with one of the estancia’s gauchos, and take in the incredible scenery around you. The horses are all extremely well-looked after, and of good temperament. Polo lessons are also on offer.
Be sure to get involved with the farm work at Los Potreros, including herding cattle and feeding the foals. We can arrange visits to some of our favourite nearby wineries, as well as bird-watching with an expert guide.
Estancia Los Potreros can be visited year-round. We would recommend spring (October and November) and autumn (March and April) as the best times to visit, as the summer months (January and February) can be extremely hot and humid. Winter (July and August) is also a good time to visit, as the weather is dry and mild, and temperatures during the day are around 18°C.
