When to Travel
November to May
The best time to visit Hacienda de San Antonio is between November and May, during Mexico’s dry season, when days are warm and sunny (averaging 22–28°C) and perfect for outdoor activities across the ranch and highlands. The cooler mountain climate makes exploring on horseback, hiking, and farm tours especially pleasant. The rainy season, from June to October, brings lush, green landscapes and dramatic skies, though some activities may be weather-dependent. For the clearest views of Volcán de Fuego and vibrant local events like Charreadas, the early dry season months are ideal.
