Chable Yucatan, Mexico | Plan South America

Hacienda | Mexico | Property | Yucatan

Nestled in the remote heart of the Mexican jungle is Chable Yucatan – a luxurious retreat that honours the legacy of its Mayan ancestors. The centrepiece of Chable are the sacred, healing waters of its natural cenote that have inspired each element of this breathtaking hotel.

What we love about Chable Yucatan

  • Each of the 40 private casitas has its own pool, hammock, outdoor shower and veranda
  • Stunning spa built next to the cenote that offers spa treatments inspired by ancient Mayan rituals
  • Culinary experience designed by acclaimed Mexican chef Jorge Vallejo whose restaurant in Mexico City has been recognised within “The World’s 50 best Restaurants”
  • A cellar showcasing the world’s largest private tequila collection of over 3,000 bottles
  • Traditional Mayan ceremonies, such as the Temazcal ceremony, and rituals guided by shamans
  • There are countless wellness activities within the resort such as, golf, tennis, bicycling, cooking classes, meditations and yoga
  • The proximity to stunning local beaches, underground cenotes and the nearby ruins of Uxmal and Chichen Itza

The Chable Yucatan experience is centred around wellness, healing and balance.

Discover ancient healing techniques of the Mayan culture through sound cleansing, Mayan rebirth massages and chakra therapy. Visit the spa to indulge in a treatment specifically selected based on your energy and life stage. Switch off surrounded by the natural beauty of the hotel’s gardens, reading your book and sipping a tequila.

The more active can take part in animal-motion sessions led by a member of the Mexican national spinning team, cycle to the hotel’s bee sanctuary or spend the afternoon on the resort’s golf course.

There’s also a selection of activities to immerse yourself within the Mexican and Mayan cuisine

During your stay at Chable, make sure to visit Chichen Itza, one of the most important cities of the ancient Mayan civilisation and one of the Seven New Wonders of the World.
