The centrepiece of Chable is the sacred, healing waters of its natural cenote that have inspired each element of this breathtaking hotel.
What we love about Chable Yucatán
- Each of the 40 private casitas has its own pool, hammock, outdoor shower & veranda, as well as bikes for cycling around the estate
- The stunning spa next to the cenote offers treatments inspired by ancient Mayan rituals
- The hotel has a designated Cigar Bar where you can enjoy a post-dinner drink and, not being so far from Cuba, a hand-rolled cigar made especially for Chable
- A culinary experience designed by acclaimed Mexican chef Jorge Vallejo
whose restaurant in Mexico City has been recognised within “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants” - A cellar showcasing the world’s largest private tequila collection houses over 3,000 bottles
- Traditional Mayan ceremonies, such as the Temazcal ceremony, and rituals guided by shamans, take place on-site and nearby
- There are countless wellness activities within the resort, such as golf (which you can play barefoot), tennis, cycling, cooking classes, meditation and yoga
- The proximity to stunning local beaches, underground cenotes, and the nearby ruins of Uxmal and Chichen Itza

The Chable Yucatán experience is centred around wellness, healing & balance.
Discover ancient healing techniques of the Mayan culture through sound cleansing, Mayan rebirth massages and chakra therapy. Visit the spa to indulge in a treatment specifically selected based on your energy and life stage. Switch off surrounded by the natural beauty of the hotel’s gardens, reading your book and sipping a tequila.
The more active can participate in animal-motion sessions led by a Mexican national spinning team member, cycle to the hotel’s bee sanctuary or spend the afternoon on the resort’s golf course.
There’s also a selection of activities to immerse yourself in Mexican and Mayan cuisine.
During your stay at Chable, make sure to visit Chichen Itza, one of the most important cities of the ancient Mayan civilisation & one of the Seven New Wonders of the World.

Chable Yucatán is located in Yucatán, the Southern Mexican state known for its caves & cenotes. A place of complete serenity, the hotel sits at the end of a dusty road outside the village of Chochola.
The hotel is a 30-minute drive from Merida’s International Airport. There are direct flights from several cities within Mexico, including Mexico City and Oaxaca.
Cancun International Airport is 4 hours by car.
