Casa Lucía

Buenos Aires, Argentina
WELCOME TO HOTEL CASA LUCÍA

Casa Lucía brings quiet elegance to leafy Calle Arroyo, a sycamore-lined boulevard in Buenos Aires’ Retiro–Recoleta neighbourhood.

Housed in a 1920s Art Deco landmark that was once Latin America’s tallest building, it blends period glamour with contemporary flair. A soaring lobby of marble, velvet and sculptural palms sets the tone, while interiors feature local artworks, oak accents and black-and-white photography.

Many of the 142 rooms offer sweeping views across the city or river, with design that feels thoughtful, calm and elegantly Argentine.

What we love about Hotel Casa Lucía

  • You’re within easy reach of the leafy streets of Recoleta, and a short taxi ride to the harbour and the cobbled streets of San Telmo.
  • Both the historic building – Edificio Mihanovich – and Calle Arroyo boast distinctive Art Deco characteristics.
  • The beautiful spa has a sauna and a heated indoor infinity pool, as well as three treatment cabins, making it the perfect sanctuary in the bustling city.
  • The Cantina Restaurant, inspired by local flavours and style, pays homage to the country’s famed national cuisine and renowned wines. There are also six private dining rooms for an exclusive experience.
  • Enjoy panoramic views of the Rio de la Plata on the Master Suite’s terrace, as well as the outdoor showers and sun loungers overlooking the city.
  • The cocktail bar Le Club Bacan, with a selection of over 400 Argentine wines, curated by Master Sommelier Aldo Garcia. Don’t miss the house martini.
