The estate has 10 ensuite bedrooms split between a four-bedroom main house and three two-bedroom villas, each with its own pool, for families and groups to stay together while keeping plenty of space.
There is direct access to around 200 metres of beach, with cabanas, loungers, surfboards, a yoga deck, training equipment and full estate service, including chefs, housekeeping, concierge support, and 24-hour security.

What to do at Pasha
Days at Pasha revolve around the beach, the pool and the estate’s open spaces.
Wake early for yoga on the deck, head down to Playa Hermosa for a swim, or make use of the surfboards and water toys before lunch by the pool. The beach is close, just a few steps from the house, with natural tidal pools to explore and a good surf beach a short walk away.
The estate works particularly well for groups who want time together without feeling crowded. Spend afternoons between the cabanas, saltwater pools, shaded dining areas, fire pit, and private path to the beach, with chefs on hand for relaxed lunches, long dinners, or something more celebratory. Pasha can also help with details for birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings, or smaller private events.
Santa Teresa is close by when you want a change of scene. When to Travel
December to April
Santa Teresa is warm year-round, with the driest months generally falling between December and April. The green season brings more rain, usually with brighter mornings and heavier showers later in the day, but the southern Nicoya Peninsula often remains a strong option outside peak season too. Surf conditions vary through the year, so timing can be shaped around whether you want calmer beach days, more consistent waves, or a quieter stay.
