What to do?

Most departures on board Nomads of the Sea are eight days and seven nights.

Spend your days exploring the most remote parts of Chilean Patagonia by air, land, and sea. Each day will be completely different, and one thing for sure is that guests are never short of something to do!

Go fly-fishing, birding, whale and dolphin watching, and enjoy nature photography. Choose from river and sea kayaking, white-water rafting, horse riding and hiking.

The Nomads team will make sure you don’t want for anything, with regular wine tastings, picnics and barbecues on the beach. Make the most of the on-board spa and sauna, and indulge in the delicious Chilean cuisine served by Nomads’ culinary team.

Heli-skiing is available from mid-September through to November.

Map & location

Your Nomads of the Sea cruise will start and end in Puerto Montt, in Chilean Patagonia. There are direct daily flights from Santiago to Puerto Montt. Puerto Montt can also be reached directly from Punta Arenas, which is further south.

When to Travel

The weather in this part of Patagonia is cool year-round. We recommend travelling between September and April, when the weather is slightly warmer.
