Inspired by the surrounding landscape, Casa de Uco is set within 320 hectares of wine country in the Uco Valley, Argentina’s new wine capital. What we love about Casa de Uco

  • The property is home to its own winery for visitors to fully immerse in Mendoza’s wine culture during their stay.
  • Casa de Uco is family-run. Every detail of the hotel is designed to honor the landscape, with the property resembling a large family home in the mountains more than a resort.
  • Farm-to-table ideology sits at the center of the food and wine program. Casa de Uco presents a seasonal menu at their award-winning restaurant to reflect the best of the Uco Valley.
  • It’s not all about wine. Find a specially curated cocktail list at the on-site bar, designed by the celebrated Renato Giovannoni, integrating local ingredients.
  • With suites and villas on offer, each room in the hotel offers maximum comfort, privacy, and panoramic views of the Uco Valley and Andes Mountains.
  • Get a piece of the Casa de Uco pie with the chance to get involved in yearly wine programs, or even purchase virgin plots and fully-managed private vineyards.

When to Travel

The best time to visit to Uco Valley is between October and April, which covers spring, summer, and fall in Argentina. These are the finest periods for wine tastings and outdoor adventures. Spring (October/November) and autumn (March/April) bring more temperate weather, while the summer heat around January can make the exposed plains of the Uco Valley trickier to navigate.
