Step 1
A travel designer will contact you
We’ll review your enquiry and arrange a call to discuss your ideas, travel dates and preferences.
The more information you provide at this stage, the better we can shape your bespoke journey.
Step 2
We design your itinerary
Following our initial conversation, we ask for a £250 per person planning retainer. This amount is, of course, credited toward your final trip cost and and enables us to start checking availability and designing a proposal that’s completely tailored to you.
Depending on the length and complexity of the itinerary, the design process may take anywhere from a few days to several months.
Step 3
Review and confirm your trip
We’ll present a tailored itinerary for you to review and refine with us.
Once you’re completely happy with the plans, we’ll request a deposit so we can secure the necessary reservations. Your balance is typically due 60 days prior to departure.
Step 4
Your travel documents
Around a month before departure, you will receive login details to our interactive Plan South America app, where you can access your full itinerary, maps, relevant articles and personalised recommendations.
Step 5
Support before, during and after your trip
Your personal concierge will be available by email and WhatsApp for any questions or special requests in the lead-up to your departure, throughout your journey, and after you return home.
