Accessible only by boat, Villa Bom Jardim is a secluded haven enveloped in the Atlantic rainforest. Spend days out on the water kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding, or hike along an exclusive trail leading to a colonial era fortress. Villa Bom Jardim is accessible only by boat. It’s a 15 minute journey across the sea from Paraty.
It is warm throughout the year in Paraty, with the hottest period in the summer between November-February. As well as plenty of sunshine, during this season you can expect some tropical rainfall and higher humidity. March-May or September-November offer sunny conditions with less rain, while the winter months of June-August have the coolest temperatures. Paraty is busiest during the build up to carnival in February-March.
