All of our luxury trips to Latin America and Antarctica are one-of-a-kind, designed around your pace, your priorities, and how you like to travel.
Browse our destinations, sample adventures or field notes for inspiration, or simply send us a brief and let our travel specialists get to work. A 50th birthday celebration to wow a crowd. A summer escape with something for teenagers and grandparents alike. An active, off-grid getaway for two.
Whatever you have in mind, we’ll guide you towards the places and people that feel right for you. Here’s how the process unfolds.

Step 1
Plan your trip in conversation with one of our designers
The more information you provide at this stage, the better we can shape your bespoke journey. The process takes anything from a few days to several months, depending on the duration and complexity of the itinerary. After an initial phone call, we charge a $250 per person planning fee. This charge will count towards the total cost of your trip and enables us to start checking availability and designing your proposal in detail.
Step 2
Getting your dates in the diary
Once you are 100% happy with our suggested itinerary, it’s time to make the necessary reservations. We will send a deposit invoice, to include your flights and 30% of all ground arrangements.

Step 3
Certifications and travel information
Upon receipt of the deposit, you will receive confirmation of your trip, along with an ATOL certificate (for UK customers only) and information to help prepare for your adventure.
Step 4
Handover of the finalised plans and travel documents
The balance for your trip is due 60 days prior to departure. Once received, you will be sent login details to access your travel documents via our interactive Plan South America app, containing your itinerary, maps, relevant articles and personalised recommendations.
Step 5
Your personal concierge will take it from here.
Contactable by email and WhatsApp, they are available for any questions or special requests in the lead up and for the duration of your trip.
It’s time to start your adventure!
