How we Work

We plan and run adventures, honeymoons, family holidays and sabbaticals – just about any experience you can imagine – to Latin America and Antarctica. We orchestrate every last detail, from hotels, guides, flights and transfers, to restaurant reservations, special activities and outlandish requests.

This is how we work…


Plan your trip in conversation with one of our designers.  The more information you provide at this stage, the better we can shape your journey.  The process takes anything from a few days to several months, depending on the duration and complexity of the itinerary.  After an initial phone call, we charge a $250 per person planning fee.  This charge will count towards the total cost of your trip and enables us to start checking availability and designing your proposal in detail.


Once you are 100% happy with the suggested itinerary, it’s time to make the necessary reservations.  We will send a deposit invoice, to include your flights and 30% of all ground arrangements.



Upon receipt of the deposit, you will be sent a confirmation email from your trip designer, along with an ATOL certificate (for UK customers only) and information to help prepare for your adventure.


The balance for your trip is due 60 days prior to departure. Once received, you will be sent login details to access your travel documents via our interactive app, containing your itinerary, maps, relevant articles and personalised recommendations.


Covid-19 Postponements

If you need to postpone your trip, we will do our best to negotiate a no-fee postponement for up to 12 months.

Covid-19 Refunds

For those who request them, we will always work towards a full refund for you.  It is important to note that we can only refund what our suppliers return to us.
