We’re looking for candidates with the following attributes:

  • Spanish/English Fluency
  • Experience in the travel sector
  • Good knowledge of at least 3 South American countries
  • Detail orientated
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Enthusiastic and intuitive

Tasks to include, but not limited to the following:

  • Itinerary design
  • Trip budgeting
  • Itinerary delivery to clients (packing and sending)
  • Arranging and delivery of post-trip hampers
  • Maintaining the UK office
  • Fielding calls from clients
  • Client Concierge pre, during and post trip
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers
  • Social Media
